    Hi Tip,

I love hearing that you're looking to begin some brand new traditions with your kiddos at the Walt Disney World Resort! They're going to LOVE experiencing the magic and wonder all around, and your heart will be so FULL getting to experience the joy with them and through their eyes.

As the mama to five Mouseketeers myself, I'm always looking for ways to stretch our Disney dollars, and I'd be happy to share some suggestions. First, I'd recommend looking through this handy dandy ticket guide for a great idea on how many days to spend in the theme parks. While all of the theme parks have something special to offer, even getting to experience one would be something you'll all cherish for years to come! Definitely check out the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts page, too, for some great discounts. You'll currently find a pretty sweet ticket deal on Mid-Day Magic Tickets that might work perfectly for your upcoming trip. One thing I love about a Disney vacation is that once you're in the theme parks, you don't need to spend any more money to have an amazing time. All of the attractions, parades, shows, character greetings, and fireworks are included! Plus, did you know that you may even bring your own food and drinks with you into the theme parks? You can save quite a bit of money by packing your own drinks, snacks, and even some simple meals. As far as souvenirs go, my family loves collecting pressed pennies to remind us of our favorite experiences, and they only cost a fraction of a dollar. Finally, there are LOTS of wonderful things to do, especially during the holiday season, that are completely free! Visiting Disney Springs and enjoying all of their holiday festivities, experiencing the joy of the street performers at Disney's BoardWalk in the evenings, and touring all of the Disney Resort hotels to see all of their incredible Christmas decorations would all be wonderful ways to enjoy the magic!

Thanks so much for bringing us your great question, Tip, and please come see us again if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through how to make this trip special for your kiddos. I hope that you all have a truly magical vacation!
