I have a 3 1/2 year old who can't swim yet. Which water park would be better for his age, Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach and is it easy for a parent to stay close to him for safety? What other things are there for a little one to do in the park?

My definite answer would be Blizzard Beach.  There is actually an entire kiddies section where you can stay right with your little one while they enjoy their own water slides and tubing!  It's a precious area and the lifeguards do a great job of keeping it extremely safe for the little guys.  You can also put your little one in a child's tube (which is not an open tube) and float through the lazy river.  Typhoon Lagoon is a great water park but if I'm taking a 3 1/2 year old, I am going to BB.
Thanks for the great question, and I hope you and your family have a wonderful WDW vacation.
