Hey there, Michelle! It's so wonderful to welcome you back to planDisney with another great question! It looks like you're kicking off your summer with a whole lot of fun at Walt Disney World — how exciting!!
Disability Access Service (DAS) is an incredible service that Disney provides to help Guests who, due to developmental disabilities, are unable to wait in standard queues for long periods of time. Based on your question, I'm assuming your party consists of two adults and four children. If that's the case, here's what I recommend: Start by verifying your DAS approval is still in place by
chatting virtually with a Cast Member. They can ensure that your party is linked properly and assist you in arranging the best accommodations for your upcoming visit.
I'd like to highlight that the Walt Disney World website is an excellent resource for
Guests with disabilities. It provides a wealth of information, including detailed theme park guides, sensory experience details, and much more to help plan your visit with ease.
You can also access Services for Guests with Disabilities conveniently on your
My Disney Experience app. From the Home Screen, tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Then, scroll down until you see "Accessibility & Health Services." From there, you can browse the available services and select the one that best meets your needs.
Michelle, I hope this helps with your vacation planning! Feel free to visit us again if any other questions pop up — we're always happy to help!
Magic and memories,
Kami
