Hi Kelly!
Booking
advanced dining reservations is so much fun! I love planning out all of the yummy food I am going to eat while on vacation!
Even though kids under the age of three eat for free at
Walt Disney World, you will need to include them in the reservation. As such, you will want to make a reservation for five. The reservation is based on seating, not those who are ordering food. Kids under the age of three can eat anything they like off of the Disney buffets and all-you-care-to-eat family-style meals. At table service dining locations with an a la carte menu, your little one can eat off of your plate or share a meal.
I highly recommend dining at
Chef Mickey's, as you can dine with the Fab Five (Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, and Donald). Kids also love the food on the buffet, which includes chicken nuggets, green beans, and macaroni and cheese for little ones.
Crystal Palace is another favorite and they have the best desserts! If you visit EPCOT, consider
Garden Grill. They have fresh family-style selections and offer the opportunity to eat with Chip and Dale!
Make sure to check out the
Planning for Preschool Kids & Little One's guide, which is chock-full of tips for visiting Walt Disney World with little ones! You will also want to familiarize yourself with the
Baby Care Centers located in all four theme parks. These centers offer a changing table, feeding station, and microwave.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
