    My 4 year old had an accident with his older sister's Cinderella Castle snow globe Christmas ornament...it shattered on the floor as we were decorating the tree today :( Is there a phone number for gift shops at WDW so I could try to order a new one?

    Jen,

    You have two ways to go on this one.

    First, you could visit the DisneyStore.com site to see if they have the same snow globe. That is going to be the fastest, easiest way to match the need.

    But sometimes they don't have every item that you can get in the parks, or Downtown Disney. So your second line of attack is to call the General Merchandise line. They can let you know what they might be able to do for you. Just dial 877.560.5477 and let them know what item you are interested in obtaining.
