Hi Deane!
When I was younger, I loved swimming so much that it didn't matter how cold the pool was--I would hop right in! Now that I am older, I definitely like warmer pool water, so I completely understand wanting to make sure your stay (and swim) at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is comfortable for you and your little one!
I am not sure why your swimming experience was so chilly at
Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter in May. Maybe Elsa was visiting Mickey Mouse and wanted to show off her powers! That being said, the pools throughout the
Walt Disney World Resort, including
all of the pools at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, are heated to around 82 degrees Fahrenheit year-round! Because of this, you and your little one should have no issues enjoying the pool!
Although the Lost City of Cibola feature pool is incredible, make sure you also check out the leisure pools (the Casitas Village Pool, the Ranchos Village Pool, and the Cabanas Village Pool) located in the settlements!
If you are interested in a warm evening activity, make sure you check out the
campfires at the resort where you can cuddle up while roasting marshmallows over the campfire, and then relax while watching a beloved Disney
Movie Under the Stars! Of course, always remember to just keep swimming!
Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
