This year I will be buying the annual pass because of the advantages and discounts that they offer with it; one of them being able 2 get the dinning plan. I have a 1 and 21/2 year old. Do I have 2 get dinning plans 4 them or they eat free?

Hi, Patricia! Only members of your group three years old and older need to have the Disney Dining Plan.  Since your children are under three, they can either eat off your meal, or you can purchase a kid's meal to split.  While I can't exactly say they "eat free," they are not required to have the Disney Dining Plan. I hope this answer helps. Have a magical vacation!
