About Me
As an English teacher in her twenty-third year of educating middle school students, I have created a fun classroom atmosphere which pays homage to all things Walt Disney World and Mickey. My classroom is a happy place to be. Church is also an important part of my life. I am Springview Baptist Church’s children's director and sing in our church choir. I am an avid reader and enjoy Southern fiction, historical fiction, and suspense/horror books. I love to spend my time helping friends and family plan perfect Walt Disney World vacations. I get nearly as excited helping them as I do planning my own family's trips. I could talk about Walt Disney World twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week!
About My Family
I am so blessed to be married to my childhood sweetheart who is an amazingly talented interior designer and a terrific father and husband. We have an intelligent, beautiful 16-year-old daughter, a smart, funny, 14-year-old son, and one incredibly spoiled King Charles Cavalier named Harrison. With at least one trip a year since the kids were toddlers, we are so fortunate to have accumulated many Walt Disney World traditions. However, we are always on the lookout for new experiences! We've savored innumerable Magical Moments at Walt Disney World.
About My Disney Experience
After our first family trip, I realized that I love Walt Disney World and its Magic as much as my kids do! I strive to find at least two new adventures for each trip so we've tried lots of the "extras" over the years. It is so much more than just four theme parks and two water parks - adventures are waiting at every turn! We've stayed both off-site and on-site; we've traveled in Grand Gathering groups and with a wheelchair guest; we've been in every season and crowd level imaginable, and we've NEVER had a bad trip. Everything is truly pixie-dusted at Walt Disney World.
