Tina,
I am by no means a Disneyland expert, but I did get the chance to dine at
Napa Rose, in the Grand Californian Hotel, last month during a trip to the Anaheim area. It was an amazing meal, though certainly expensive. I had a mushroom soup that I would gladly have drunk with a straw if they had let me, and then a macaroni and cheese that elevated it to a white table cloth dining experience.
There are several other great locations, from high end to more affordable. I won't claim personal experience at all of these, but you can look at other options on the
Disneyland website. I have eaten at
Steakhouse 55, which was equally expensive. While it was good, it was too formal for my tastes. I do also hear that
Storytellers Cafe and
Goofy's Kitchen are fine, though you should check and see if they are what you are looking for.
I hope that this helps?
Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
