Is there written policy for Magic Your Way discount tickets for honorably discharged veterans? Some military MWR/ITT offices still require base access to be able to purchase those tickets and wanted to see if there was written policy to be cited.

Howdy, Jonathan! Welcome to planDisney! I’d be happy to help you with your question regarding the Magic Your Way tickets.

These tickets are offered to all guests eligible to stay at the Shades of Green Resort and can be ordered through your local military base’s MWR/ITT office or the Shades of Green Resort Attraction Ticket Office (in-person or online). Honorably discharged veterans with a copy of a current DD-214 form can stay at Shades of Green through the Salute to Our Veterans program (subject to availability).

You can find more specific eligibility information here. If you have additional questions or are looking for more specific policies, I’d recommend contacting the Shades of Green Attraction Tickets Sales Office. You could also email Shades of Green Reservations & General Information at reservations@shadesofgreenresort.zendesk.com.

Just a reminder, Jonathan, that military tickets such as Magic Your Way and Disney Military Salute Tickets require theme park reservations ahead of your visit. So be sure to add that to your vacation planning checklist if you purchase this type of ticket. I’d also add the Disney Parks Blog to your regular reading list to stay up to date on parks news, such as new snacks and reopening rides.

Thanks for stopping by planDisney and be sure to come back if any other questions arise!

    Magical travels!
