Is it worth the money to get a dining plan? We aren't huge planners or people that want to plan our entire days around meals or really plan them at all. The only restaurants we are 100% sure about are Be Our Guest and Cinderella's table.

    Amanda,

For you, I would definitely say no. If dining is not a particular focus, the plan might have you sitting with a lot of unused credits by week's end, and therefore a loss, not a savings.

You can still reserve those restaurants, if you wish. People on the dining plan do not get any advantage over you, it is just another way to pay. But with a desire to be a bit more spontaneous, you will save yourself a lot of money by not doing the plan, in my estimation.

Write me back if you want some dining recommendations, either table or quick service.

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
