Is it worth having an ADR for 8:15 on an extra magic hours morning at MK if the park opens at 8? Would a later ADR make more sense so we can focus on getting the best rides in before a character meal?

    Hi there Brooke!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here! This is a great question! My family of six loves to attend Morning Extra Magic Hours and find we are able to experience many of our favorite attractions with little to no wait during this magical time in the park. If I were visiting the park offering Morning Extra Magic Hours, then I would rather take advantage of riding attractions with a minimal wait rather than eating breakfast. In my personal opinion, I believe it makes more sense to book a later Advanced DIning Reservation time in order to ride attractions on your "must do" list. If you will be dining at Cinderella's Royal Table or The Crystal Palace, which are both open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you may want to consider enjoying lunch or dinner at one of these beautiful dining locations instead. This would allow you to experience more attractions first thing in the morning and then enjoy a relaxing meal once the park has become more crowded. On days we are visiting the parks, my family generally enjoys a quick-service meal at breakfast and a table-service meal for lunch and/or dinner. I hope this information helps in making your decision!  Best wishes for a magical trip, Brooke!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
