We want to see how this works and how we can plan the best trip for our family,,kids and friends, we really do not know how everything work with tickets and we would like some help to plan everything out.

    Hi Cristina! Welcome to planDisney!

Just stopping by to see us is a great way to start your journey to planning a magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort for you and your family!  With over 40 square miles, over 25 Disney Resort Collection hotels, four Theme Parks, two Water Parks, Disney Springs, and an endless amount of other dining and entertainment experiences, planning for a first trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth can feel a bit overwhelming at times! Even here at planDisney, we're constantly learning new and exciting things about the Resort and all of its options!

If you're hoping for a travel agent to help you plan every detail of your enchanting vacation, I suggest searching for an "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner" in your internet search.  These travel agents have been trained through a program designed by Disney especially to help with Guests planning a trip to their Resorts.  They will have up-to-date knowledge and the ability to help you book your Guest Room, Theme Park tickets and Advance Dining Reservations so you won't have to worry about a thing! Most planners do this for free, so check out all of your options!

If you're looking to be more hands-on with your planning, the Walt Disney World Resort website and planDisney are great places to begin! In fact, you can check out planning videos right on planDisney.com in our Video Library.  Here, you'll find tips for first-time visitors, "must-do's" at the Parks, and tips like how to use My Disney Experience and Mobile Ordering.

When on the Walt Disney World website, start by looking through the Disney Resorts Collection hotels.  With so many different theming and budget options you're sure to find one that perfectly fits what you and your family are looking for.  From living on "island time" at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, to "roughing it" (in comfort, of course) at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, you know when you stay at Disney Resort, you'll always be a part of the magic.  After choosing your Resort you'll be able to add on Theme Park tickets to make your reservations a Package.  Once you have these two things planned, the rest is simply the details!

We're also always here to help with any big questions or little details you might wonder about, so come back and see us again soon!

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Massachusetts

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
