We are working with someone to help plan our October Disney trip. Today was our 180 day mark to make our dining reservations. We were unable to get BOG reservations. What should we be doing to try and get reservations?

Welcome, Carrie! I'm super excited to be heading back to Walt Disney World this fall too! I cannot wait to explore the parks and resorts as they're decked out for Halloween festivities! You're in for so much magic. If you haven't ever been to the parks at Halloween time before, just wait until you see all of the amazing decorations! What a spook-facular experience you'll have!

I'm sorry you weren't able to get reservations for Be Our Guest restaurant. However, don't give up hope! Many guests change their plans all the time and reservations will open up when they do. I suggest that you continue checking often on Disney's website for any new availabilities. I can't tell you how many times my family has been disappointed at first not to get a reservation we were hoping for, only to keep checking and find times open up that we could snag! Hooray! So, just keep checking and hopefully you'll find that a reservation opens up, especially in the weeks leading up to your visit as guests finalize plans. If you're not picky about which meal you eat at Be Our Guest, you'll have even more options available, since breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served in the Beast's enchanted castle. It's definitely one of my family's favorite dining experiences at Magic Kingdom, so fingers crossed you can enjoy a delicious meal there too!

Good luck scoring reservations, and have an amazing trip!
