Of course, with your arrival being just around the corner and to make sure your trip goes smoothly, it’s important to finalize all those last-minute details. While your situation is quite the predicament, all it takes to remedy it is faith and trust. Oh, and something I forgot ... pixie dust! Gail, the special kind of pixie dust you need to merge your two accounts can be found by calling the My Disney Experience and MagicBands Guest Support line at (407) 939-4357 and asking for help from a friendly Cast Member. They’ll be able to consolidate your two accounts into one and answer any other questions you have.
Once you have your accounts all sorted, be sure to download the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and familiarize yourself with it. The app has so many features you can utilize to streamline your vacationing experience. You can even use it to shop and complete your purchases at select merchandise locations throughout the parks! I’ve used the
Merchandise Mobile Checkout service several times now myself and love that I don’t have to wait in a line to complete my purchase.
