How does it work to have groceries delivered to Arts of Animation?

    Hi Shannon!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! I recently stayed at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and I was blown away by the theming, amenities, and perks at this resort. Did you know that the Big Blue Pool at Disney's Art of Animation Resort is the largest pool in Walt Disney World? This resort also offers Disney Skyliner transportation to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios!

I am similar to you, as I like to have groceries delivered to my resort so I can have the option to make my own breakfast or have a late-night snack. Many years ago there was only one service that delivered groceries to Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and it was a novel concept. However, nowadays you have a wide array of grocery delivery options! Instacart, Shipt, and Garden Grocer are just a few of the many options you have to place your grocery order. When you place your order, please make sure to note your name, your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, and instructions to drop off to bell services. When the groceries are delivered, you don't even need to be present because bell services will accept your order and hold it until you get back from the parks. They will even refrigerate your cold items to make sure they are fresh upon arrival.

All you have to do is call bell services when you get back to your room and you can choose to pick your groceries up from them directly or, for a small fee, have bell services bring the groceries to your room.

You may also be surprised at the number of grocery items available in the Ink & Paint Shop, the gift shop located in Disney's Art of Animation Resort. I was able to find bread, peanut butter, jelly, pretzels, and many other pantry staples. In the Landscape of Flavors food court, you can also find milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and hummus. I like to stock up on these items and store them in my mini-fridge in the room.

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney
    Magically,
    Stacy
