    Sue from MI Asked

I work for chase we get a discount on tickets it directs me to your website with a code i wanted to buy 4 adult and 4 kid tickets and use 2 different credit cards or gift cards. Can i call your 1 800 #and purchase those tickets and use two credit cards

    Hi there, Sue!

Discounted theme park tickets are such an awesome benefit to have!

Sue, my husband also gets discounted theme park tickets through his place of employment. To redeem these tickets, we need to log into a third-party benefits website.

If you have some sort of employee discount code that you can use on the Walt Disney World Resort website, you should be able to use the same code by calling (407) 939-5277. Whether or not you are able to break up the tickets will depend on the exact terms of your discounted tickets. For example, if the purchase requires one adult ticket purchased for each discounted child ticket, then you would not be able to split that payment.

Sue, I tried to purchase a theme park ticket just to see where you can input the code and I did not see a place to put it!

Because there is no clear way to input the code online, I recommend that you double-check with your company's benefits provider that you are supposed to purchase your tickets directly through the Walt Disney World website. If so, see if they have an alternate number to call to speak to someone who is familiar with your particular discount. I would not want you to wait on hold unnecessarily.

Thanks so much for stopping by Sue and we will see you real soon!
