Hi There! My name is Sarah and I am a mom to a Toy Story-obsessed boy and a Minnie Mouse-loving little girl. While I currently work as a Research Analyst, I am a former Corporate Pilot and Flight Instructor. Originally from Virginia, I now live in Atlanta, GA by way of Daytona Beach, FL and Auburn, AL (War Eagle!). A true Princess Belle at heart, when I am not snacking my way around the Walt Disney World Resort, I am busy reading anything I can get my hands on, having crazy Disney dance parties with the kids, and adventuring in the “great wide somewhere.”
About My Family
I first met my husband at Auburn University and somehow convinced him to join my big crazy family on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation after just two months of dating. Fast-forward 8 months and not only was he in love with me, but with Walt Disney World as well. In June of 2010 my now-husband brought me back to Walt Disney World to propose in the Rose Garden in front of Cinderella Castle. Now, we love nothing more than to take our two kids to Walt Disney World every chance we get, to experience the magic through their eyes like it is the very first time. When we are not riding our favorite rides or exploring the resorts, we are enjoying the best dining Disney has to offer and eating as many Dole Whips as we can.
About My Disney Experience
My first memory of Walt Disney World was laughing with Chip and Dale at the Garden Grill Restaurant. To this day I can not remember exactly what we were laughing about but you can see the pure joy on our faces captured in the photograph from that day. From that moment on, the Walt Disney World Resort was my happy place. My fondest childhood memories are of taking annual pilgrimages to Walt Disney World, including with our high school show choir and for my parents second honeymoon. Lucky enough to go to a college nearby, I would visit monthly and have since become an Annual Passholder and Disney Vacation Club member with the goal of staying at each and every Disney property around the world!
