The wording regarding gratuities for cruise travelers is confusing. Will the per person fees listed as "suggested gratuity amounts" be charged to a traveler's "onboard account" if no other amount is indicated by the traveler?

    Ahoy, Dennis!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You are absolutely correct! The suggested gratuity amounts listed on the Disney Cruise Line website will be charged to your onboard account towards the beginning of your cruise unless you specify otherwise at Guest Services. Towards the end of your cruise, you'll receive vouchers and small envelopes in your stateroom that will have the name of your servers and stateroom host/hostess listed on them along with your name. These can be given to these individuals on the last evening of your cruise.
I think you'll find the service onboard Disney Cruise Line to exceed your expectations. The crew really does go above and beyond to make your vacation experience like no other! It is one of many reasons we continue to choose a Disney Cruise for our family vacation!
Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel for clarification, Dennis! It was a pleasure assisting you with your cruise question!
    Have a magical day!
