    Any word on the itinerary building option on the web page? I can't seem to find it.

    Hi Leslie! We received a slew of questions on this topic about a month ago when the itinerary planning feature suddenly disappeared from the Walt Disney World website. I contacted the website Technical Support Desk and learned that the feature was removed as part of a website update. (It seemed to be a popular feature, so I'm baffled as to why that was done!)

    It's possible that a new version of the Itinerary planning tool will be added to the site in the future, but an exact time frame for that isn't known. Sadly, the Tech Support agent told me that there is no way for guests who'd previously saved itineraries on the site to access that information.
