Hi there, Keith! Welcome to planDisney.
Keith, nothing can quite compare to a holiday spent at Walt Disney World Resort. The sugary smells, special events, and general festive feeling make the time between Thanksgiving to New Years Day one of my favorite times to visit.
While normally the week after Christmas is considered one of the busiest times of the year, the parks are currently operating at a limited capacity to adhere to social distancing guidelines. While I believe that the last week of 2020 will see increased crowd levels, these levels will probably be less than in years past thanks to the
Disney Park Pass system.
Keith, since historically the last week of the year is quite busy, I would recommend that you go ahead and purchase your tickets, link them to your
My Disney Experience account, and make your Park Pass System reservations as soon as possible. This will guarantee you entry into your desired park on the day you visit.
While we are talking about holiday festivities, did you see the update on the
Disney Parks Blog regarding all of the fantastic holiday activities going on around Walt Disney World Resort? You can taste some yummy treats, enjoy special character sightings, and view some amazing Christmas trees.
I hope that this helped, Keith. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help as you plan your holly-jolly holiday at Walt Disney World Resort.
See you real soon!
