Hi, Kate! Pretty much anywhere you need to go that you can't get to by Walt Disney World transportation, you can get to by taxi. There are always taxi cabs at the resorts, and if one does not happen to be on standby to take you where you need to go when you need to get there, they can arrange for one at the front desk.

Just outside of the Walt Disney World resort area, there is a Goodings Supermarket. They should have what you need, but they are not the most competitively priced supermarket in the area! If you are just picking up the rice milk for your toddler, it's not too bad, but it may be worth the added cost of the cab to go a little further to Publix if you need to get more than a few things.
