    We won't arrive on site until 7 pm. Where can we convert our Military passes to tickets and how late are they open?

    When you get to the Walt Disney World Resort property, you just need to find a Guest Relations that is open based on that location's schedule. Most nights, Disney Springs could be the best option. (Just in case you didn't know, the new Guest Relations office is now in the Town Center.)
