Hi I was wondering what time of year Disney offers free dinning ? thanks

    Hi Sharon,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Vacationing during one of Walt Disney World's free dining promotions is a favorite for my family.  Not only are the savings great, but we also love all the delicious dining options!  Although these free dining offers have been available in recent years, there's never a guarantee they'll be offered again, and I haven't heard anything yet about 2014.  However, we can look at timing for past free dining promotions to guess when they might be announced if they do become available.

Historically speaking, free dining has been offered for dates ranging from late August through mid-December, with information released anywhere from March to August.  My best recommendation is to check the Special Offers page of the Walt Disney World website regularly for updates.  Even if free dining is not available, another great offer might be available for your trip dates, particularly for the months of September and October.  Another great resource on this subject is the www.mousesavers.com website.  Just search for "historical discounts" and you'll be able to find a page listing past release dates for free dining and other special offers.

I hope this helps with your vacation planning, and please let us know if you have any other questions.
