    Hi, I was wondering if you could tell me if there is grocery stores nearby, because i am on a very tight budget and the room i'm booking is a family suite (we have 5 people) and we were thinking of just buying our own food and making it there.

    Yes, there are a few grocery stores in the area. The closest I know of is at the nearby Crossroads of Lake Buena Vista shopping area that is located just off the Hotel Plaza Boulevard, near Downtown Disney. The grocery store is called Goodings, and is located at;

    12521 State Road 535
    Lake Buena Vista, FL 32836

    However, if you have a car and a little extra time, I would consider finding a Publix location. They are a popular grocery store chain in Florida with a great selection and the produce is typically wonderful!
