Hi I was wondering if you can tell me if the Grand Floridan has step stools or bed rails available for use.

Hi, Christine!  You can absolutely request bed rails for the beds at any of the Walt Disney World resorts.  I always had them note on my reservation that I would need them, and then I'd mention it again at check in.  The rails are delivered to your room shortly after your arrival, so you'll be all ready at bedtime!

The hotels do not provide step stools for use in the resort rooms.  I know this can be a problem for little ones when it comes time to brush their teeth and wash their little faces!  If you do a search online, you'll find folding step stools available from a variety of sources.  I've seen them at places like Crate and Barrel, Ace hardware, Target, and even one time at a CVS drugstore.  They usually run $15 or less, and are a great investment for anyone traveling with children - or anyone who needs the extra inches while traveling.  I know it came in handy for storing stuff on top of the closet for us!

Have a fantastic visit to the Grand Floridian!
