I was wondering if you can use snack credits for the Holiday Kitchen Food Booths at the 2018 Epcot International Festival of the Holidays? If so, do you have to use all of your snack credits for the day at only one booth? Thank you for your help!

    Hi Katherine,

How exciting that your visit to the most magical place on earth is almost here! Visiting during the holiday season is one of my favorite times of year to visit, and I'm sure your heart will be filled with Christmas joy!

After a visit to the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, your tummy will be filled with holiday deliciousness, too! Have you seen the Disney Parks Blog article detailing some of the scrumptious treats that will be available? Mmm...they sure look AMAZING! I'm happy to tell you that you'll be able to use the snack credits from your Disney Dining Plan to purchase some of the delicious eats at the Holiday Kitchens. Not every item will qualify as a snack, though, so be sure to look for the purple and white checkered squares that indicate the qualifying snack credit items.

The great news about the Disney Dining Plan is that you'll receive all of your entitlements on the first day of your Resort hotel stay and you'll be able to use them however you'd like during your stay. While the number of entitlements you receive are based on the number of nights you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, your entitlements aren't allocated per day. The only time you'll need to worry about how many credits you use is if you choose to exchange one Quick Service meal entitlement for three snack credits. Then, all three of those snack credits would need to be used at the same time. Otherwise, you'll be able to use your snack credits however you'd like.

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Katherine, and have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
