    Hi. Was wondering if there was a site where you can find your photopass order status. I have an order number but can't seem to find a site. Thanks in advance.

    Hi, Anne!  I fondly remember the trip my husband and I took in 1999 for our honeymoon. Unfortunately, my photo album is filled with lots of blurry pictures in front of Cinderella Castle, and a few with my head cut off! Since then, Disney PhotoPass Service has completely changed the way we take our vacation photos, and it is a great way to capture those magical moments at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Like you, I ordered a few prints from PhotoPass recently. In my email, I received an Order Confirmation Number, but there was no link to check the status. I called Disney's PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST), and the Cast Member told me that the only way to check the status of your order, is to call their supplier, EZ Prints, (877) 651-4321. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days, but it can take up to 14 business days to receive your order.

    I hope this sheds some light on your situation, Anne. I've already purchased Memory Maker in advance of our 20th wedding anniversary trip this fall. That Cinderella Castle photo is going to be picture-perfect this time!
