Like you, I ordered a few prints from PhotoPass recently. In my email, I received an Order Confirmation Number, but there was no link to check the status. I called Disney's PhotoPass at (407) 560-4300 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST), and the Cast Member told me that the only way to check the status of your order, is to call their supplier, EZ Prints, (877) 651-4321. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days, but it can take up to 14 business days to receive your order.
