Ahoy, Joy!
Looks like you'll be leaping into an enchanted journey on the high seas with Captain Mickey and his seafaring crew very soon! The Disney Dream's classic ocean liner design will wow you from the moment you see her on Monday. From stem to stern, this vessel is a floating paradise with detailed craftsmanship, technological innovations, spacious accommodations and so much more!
One of the spaces I know your little one will love is
"it's a small world" nursery! Since you are within three days of your departure date, you will need to visit (or call via your stateroom phone) the nursery once onboard to make arrangements for your son. Reservations are first-come, first served for a nominal hourly fee with a two-hour minimum, so you will want to make the nursery one of your first stops after embarkation. You can cancel up to four hours prior to the start time without penalty. If it is less than four hours, half of the cost of the reserved time will be charged to your stateroom account. The "no show" policy does require you to pay for the entire reservation time, so please make sure to stop by or call from your stateroom/ wave phone to cancel. I understand that feeding your little one can be unpredictable, so you may want to consider only booking the minimum hourly amount after his usual feeding times. This way you won't have to worry about him being hungry while you try to relax and unwind. The trained counselors are wonderful, and I know they will be very happy to answer any of your questions or concerns when you stop by the first afternoon.
My son visited the nursery many times on our first cruise, and he absolutely loved it! My favorite feature of this space is the two-way window. I enjoyed peeking in to see him having a lot of fun in this whimsical and imaginative play area!
Best wishes for a magical voyage, Joy!
