Hello I was wondering if I can still recover my photos from the photopass from last year ? This year I used the same photopass card and the pictures didn't appear

    Hi Alejandra!

Thank you for bringing your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Disney PhotoPass Service is a great way to commemorate your amazing time at Disneyland Resort and I'm glad to see you've been able to utilize it on multiple trips!

Disney PhotoPass images expire from your account 45 days after the image is taken. You may purchase an Expiration Extension, but this only extends your images an additional 15 days, so they will remain in your account 60 days after they've been taken. Unfortunately, Disney PhotoPass does not offer any kind of permanent storage for images. You can always try and give Disney PhotoPass Guest Support a call at 407-560-4300 to see if there is any chance they can access them, but based on your time frame I'd imagine they are gone from the system.

Please come back and let us know if we can help out in any other way.
