Hello, I was wondering if I purchase tickets for Disneyland and make a reservation am I able to cancel that reservation and use the tickets for a future date?

    Hiya Jennifer!

It sounds like you’re planning the most enchanting vacation to The Happiest Place on Earth! I am ecstatic that you’ll soon be able to stroll down Main Street, U.S.A., and experience the magic!

Jennifer, before you purchase your tickets, I would encourage you to first check for Theme Park availability. Once you have done so and purchased your Theme Park Tickets, you’re ready to make your Theme Park reservations!

Under the Important Details section of Theme Park reservations, it states, “Theme park reservations cannot be modified, but can be canceled by visiting My Theme Park Reservations. If you’d like to cancel an existing reservation and book a new one, please first check on the availability of reservations for your new desired date and/or park.” This means you can absolutely cancel your original Theme Park reservation to make a new one; however, just be sure to check your future date shows availability in the calendar before you cancel your original reservation.

We hope to see you soon, Jennifer! Have an enchanting time!
