Hi Shelly, and welcome to planDisney! No Disney day is complete without a nighttime spectacular. And
Happily Ever After is one of my favorites with the fireworks, projections, and of course, the stories and music from beloved Disney films.
I’m obsessed with the music that plays before Happily Ever After, so I tracked down the artists that I believe are behind those beautiful Disney songs played with string instruments. And I’m happy to share what I found!
When Will My Life Begin and Belle seem to be from Midnite String Quartet’s MSQ Performs the Disney Songbook album, and Colors of the Wind and A Whole New World seem to be from Jenny Oaks Baker’s Wish Upon a Star album. The songs can be purchased from most websites that sell MP3s, like Amazon or Apple Music. I hope that helps bring a little magic home with you and tides you over until your next visit.
Speaking of your next trip, if you’re looking for a unique way to watch Happily Ever After, there are two
Enchanting Extras you might really enjoy!
First is the
Seats & Sweets Dessert Party, where you start by indulging in a delicious spread of treats and beverages, including beer and wine for guests ages 21 and up. Then you get to sit back and watch the fireworks from the comfort of your own chair. After a long park day, this is an amazing perk!
The second experience is watching Happily Ever After on a private
fireworks cruise with snacks and soft drinks. Seven Seas Lagoon, just outside of
Magic Kingdom, is such a unique spot to see the show. And you don’t even have to worry about exiting the park during the post-fireworks rush!
I hope you have the most magical day. And if you have any other questions before your next trip, you’re always welcome back at planDisney!
