Hello! I was wondering if a prenatal massage can be combined as past of the massage for two at the Senses Spa located at the Grand Floridian?

Hello, Janel, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

There is nothing better than a relaxing massage after a day at Walt Disney World Resort. I spoke with a Spas and Salons Cast Member, and I’m happy to tell you that she said you can use the Pregnancy Massage as a part of the Massage for Two experience at Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. For the safety of the mother and child, though, prenatal massages are only offered after the first trimester, and you will need to mention that you wish to include the Expectant Mother Massage as a part of your package when you call to book your appointment.

Additional Massage Services at Senses include 50 or 80-minute Swedish or Custom Massages. Each of these may also be available in your Disney Resort room, but you’ll need to call for availability and pricing. Enhancements and upgrades also include Sugar Scrubs, Aromatherapy, Warm Paraffin Treatment for hands or feet, or the “Extend the Bliss” upgrade. Please keep in mind that available services are subject to change. You'll also want to make sure your massage therapist knows that you're expecting a little Mouseketeer since some Massage Services, Enhancements or upgrades may not be recommended for moms-to-be.

To book your appointment up to 180 days in advance (or for additional information), you can call 407-WDW-SPAS.

Enjoy your blissful time during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
