I was wondering if it's possible to purchase just the dining plan for our 2yr old without having to pay for the park admission? Thanks

Hi, Keely! The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will simply be added to your bill and paid out-of-pocket.  The Disney Dining plans are a great perk, but even without it, I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the cost of food and the portion sizes for kids and adults alike. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
