I was wondering if there was a place to leave your bags when getting onto the rides? Or is it okay to take them onto the rides with you, so long as its not a roller coaster?

Hey, Arlene! This is such a great question, so I am glad you stopped by to chat with us before you head to Walt Disney World Resort. I am happy to let you know that you will be able to keep all of your belongings with you as you experience the attractions and shows in the theme parks, including roller coasters. Most attraction vehicles have a storage pouch where you can store small items, such as a hat, your phone, or sunglasses. Larger items, such as your backpack or purse, can be placed on the floor by your feet. I usually wrap the strap of my backpack around my ankle, especially when dropping through The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or riding Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.

When boarding Avatar Flight of Passage in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, know that there is a wall of storage bins directly behind you where you can store all of your belongings as you ride your mountain banshee. In this same park, you will find small lockers that can be used to store your items while you are on Kali River Rapids, just in case you do not want everything to get as wet as you are about to be! As long as you return to collect your items within a reasonable timeframe, you will not be charged for the locker's use.

If you have many items you would like to keep safe, you may want to consider renting a locker. There are lockers of various sizes at each park, usually located right at the park's front entrance. I hope this information helps you plan your days at Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions.
