    Hi. Just wondering if the payment option will be back on the MDE website? right now I have to call to make a payment and each time I have to pay Long Distance because I'm in Canada.

    Hi, Terri! I am so glad you stopped by with your question. Usually, Guests who have booked a Magic Your Way Vacation Package directly with Walt Disney World Resort are able to hop right on to their My Disney Experience account to make payments up until their balance due date. This is a very handy link for those living far away from The Most Magical Place on Earth! I have noticed this past week or so that this option has been playing a disappearing act like the Cheshire Cat.

    I just called the Disney Reservation Center and spoke with a wonderful Cast Member about the whereabouts of this payment link. Unfortunately, she informed me that there is a known issue with the payment link and it is being addressed. If you do need to make a payment, you will have to call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations number and a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you. I will keep my fingers crossed for you that the link will be back in use soon!

    Terri, everything else looks to be running well, especially the MagicBands and Cards section of My Disney Experience. This is a fun section where you can customize your MagicBands. Once you choose your favorite color (purple!), your new bands will be awaiting your arrival at your resort Check-In Desk!
