Hi there!! I was wondering if you can order any items off the menu with the Dining Plan or if you have to order from selected items? Also, appetizers are not included in our table service meals but i was wondering if i can still order one & pay seperat

    Hi Charlene,

Guests using the Disney Dining Plan can order any entree on the menu when using the plan. Yes, even the steaks that if purchased a la carte would cost more than $30.00.

You are correct that guests using the basic version of the Dining Plan do not receive appetizers as part of their meals. You are welcome to order an appetizer and pay for it separately with cash (or credit card, Disney gift card, travelers' check, etc.) You would use the same procedure if you were ordering an alcoholic beverage not covered by the Dining Plan. Simply tell your server what you'd like to do and she'll take care of the rest.

If you're a frequent appetizer eater, you should know that the Deluxe version of the Disney Dining Plan does include an appetizer with the meal. Perhaps an upgrade is in order?

Good luck with your planning and please let us know if you have additional questions.
