Heigh-Ho Abby,
The one thing I recommend for all Guests is to become comfortable with your
My Disney Experience profile and
mobile app. This is your Walt Disney World vacation hub. Guests are able to modify Resort and ticket information, stay up to date on Park Hours and attraction wait-times, make a table-service dining reservation or quick-service mobile food orders, play games while waiting or resting and that’s just a few magical tricks it does for you. Become comfortable with this handy-dandy planning tool.
Guests wishing to modify their Walt Disney World tickets can do so in their My Disney Experience profile or at Guest Relations/Ticket Counter upon arrival or by calling (407) 939-7679. To do so in your My Disney Experience profile be sure your tickets are linked and assigned to specific Guests, in your
Family & Friend List. Select My Plans, then highlight Tickets. Family and Friends, you have moderation over, will show and you can follow the prompts to modify their tickets. Or visiting the Guest Relations/Ticket Counter, upon arrival to any of the four Walt Disney Theme Parks, and speaking to a Cast Member about upgrading is also an option. As long as your ticket is valid and/or has remaining days they can upgrade the days left on the ticket. And finally, give a Cast Member a ring-a-ling before your arrival date, at the number noted above, and make your ticket-upgraded Wish Come True.
