California Grill with Magic Kingdom View at Night

    Hi. I was wondering about one of our very favorite restaurants, the California Grill. I see that they now have a three-course prix fixe menu. I was wondering if we could order an extra appetizer or two in addition to the three-coarse dinner.

    California Grill is also one of my very favorite restaurants at Disney World. The three-course prix menu is delicious. My favorite items on the menu are the Oak Grilled Filet of Beef and White Chocolate Cherry Creme Brûlée! Everything on the new menu is fabulous though and I have tried most of it. The best part of the prix fix menu is the ability to add wine pairings. I have found some of my favorite new wines by doing this pairing menu!

    The lounge at the California Grill currently serves the prix fix menu and also serves a selection of appetizers that include all of those on the prix fix menu but also some that are unique to the bar. Since they sell these appetizers separately in the bar, I have had servers that will add them to my meal. Another option would be to have an appetizer and drink ahead of your meal in the lounge while you wait to be seated. 

    While you are at the Contemporary Resort for dinner, make sure to check out one of the coolest nighttime experiences, The Electrical Water Pageant! I love watching this parade roll by on the water outside of the Contemporary Resort. The music and the floats are so much fun and something you can only see from one of the Magic Kingdom area resorts.
