    I am wondering which one of the economy (all star category) resorts is newest and most recently refurbished. We usually stay at Port Orleans, but we are trying to save a little money in 2009 and would like to stay at the nicer of the economy ones. Thanks

    Hi Shannon,

    My daughter loves the All Star resorts, and we have enjoyed both the Movies and Music.  All Star Music was fully refurbished in June 2007.  We stayed there this past September and loved it.  The rooms were completely redone and the grounds were beautiful.  We also stayed at the Movies resort in 2007, and were very pleased.  We had new mattresses, and the decor was fine.  I can't comment on Sports, but friends did stay there with no complaints.

    We loved the daily pool-side activities at the All Star Music resort.  There were contests, dance lessons, pool volleyball, and pool-side movies each night.

    You can't beat the value the All Stars offer, and the kids love the theming!  I'm sure you'll have a great time whichever resort you choose!
