Wondering about the newly themed Royal Rooms at PO-R'side. Is there an additional fee or are they standard and can you confirm being able to claim one at the point of making your reservation? I know typically rooms are not assigned until arrival. Thanks!

Hi, Megan! Yes, there is an additional charge for booking one of the Royal Guest Rooms at Port Orleans Riverside.  When you choose one of these rooms, you can also choose which view you prefer.  The additional cost goes up according to the view you pick.  You can select from (least to most expensive) Standard View, Garden View, or River View.  When you make a reservation for a Royal Guest Room, you are assured of getting one.  They assign these rooms separately from the standard resort rooms.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
