Greetings, Sarah! You'll frequently see me "
grinning like a Cheshire Cat" when I have a trip to Walt Disney World coming up!
Speaking of the Cheshire Cat, you'll have to visit him on your side of the pond, as he only lives in Disneyland Paris these days. He also appears as an audio-animatronic in the
Alice in Wonderland attraction at Disneyland Resort in California. There are some nods to him at Walt Disney World Resort, however, namely at the
Cheshire Café. This counter-service restaurant, located in
Magic Kingdom Park, serves up some tasty treats called Cheshire Cat Tails, which are flaky chocolate filled pastries with pink and purple icing.
Although you won't find that mysterious and cunning cat lurking around, you will find his friends, Alice and the Mad Hatter, at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I recently spotted them at the
Supercalifragilistic Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, and they also host a daily "unbirthday party" during the
Wonderland Tea Party. You can usually find them in Magic Kingdom Park by the
Mad Tea Party attraction, and sometimes they are joined by the twin brothers, Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee.
If you're
mad about shopping, I'd also suggest
going down the rabbit hole of Cheshire Cat merchandise on the
shopDisney website, where you can find plush toys, tee shirts, mugs, and more!
