Welcome aboard, Tammy!
So much is included in the cost of your Disney Cruise Line voyage, but there are certainly lots of fun opportunities to purchase extras like gifts, souvenirs, specialty beverages, and Port Adventures! Your Key To The World Card serves as your stateroom key but also your charge card on the ship, charging any purchases to your stateroom account.
You'll receive a receipt if you purchase something while onboard, after signing for it, so you'll have that right away. But, if you'd like to check your stateroom account balance throughout the cruise, simply stop by
Guest Services on Deck Three and they can print out a current statement. I do this a few times throughout our sailings because my family and I like to purchase
Disney Gift Cards back home and give those to Guest Services when we board to use as credit on our stateroom account. Then, throughout the sailing, I request a print-out so I can see where we stand with our budget and how much credit we have left. The Cast Members at Guest Services are always happy to assist with your account. Overnight on the last night of the cruise, you'll get a final statement of your account slipped under your stateroom door. Should anything not look correct, Guest Services is open that last morning to make any corrections, however, it is very busy that last morning, so if you're concerned about anything prior, I'd suggest going the day before.
I hope that helps as you prepare to head out to sea with Captain Mickey and his crew, Tammy!
Happy planning!
Marcy
