I was wondering if there are lockers at the parks. I am presently in a walking boot for a broken foot and, althoiugh I hope to be out of it by our trip, I'll need to have it available if my foot starts to become painful. It is too bulky to carry.

My husband had ankle surgery this summer so I am well acquainted with that walking boot. I wish you a very speedy recovery.

To answer your question, yes, there are lockers available at the front entrance to all four theme parks and both water parks. Additionally, there are lockers at the rear (International Gateway) entrance to Epcot as well. Prices can change, but when I rented a locker at the Magic Kingdom in September 2008, the price was $10.00 for a full day rental, with a $5.00 rebate upon key return.

You're smart to want to take care of yourself. WDW is very large and it is quite common to walk 5 to 10 miles over the course of a day at the theme parks and resorts. You should also familiarize yourself with the locations of the first aid stations in each park. They can help you if you need Tylenol or other minor medical assistance. You might also consider renting a wheelchair if the walking becomes too much for you. These are available at the entrance to each park.
