Hey there, hi there, ho there, Reymer! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for this fascinating question. In today's world, where many people record every move and meal on social media, it's hard to remember a time we didn't do that! I first visited
Disneyland Resort as a child many, many years ago, and since I only have a couple of photos from that trip, I know a little about how you're feeling. So let's see if we can do some detective work to discover what we can about your Disney history.
I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who said that records of ticket purchases could only be tracked by the guest who received emails confirming purchases. Therefore, you would need to find all the emails used over the years and filter them to see the ones confirming ticket purchases. Unfortunately, there isn't a way for Guest Services to look up those purchase records. I know this isn't the news you hoped to hear, but I think it's great that your privacy is protected.
Reymer, my best advice is to keep making Disney memories so you'll never forget them! When I visit for a special occasion like a birthday or holiday, I tend to recall details about those trips more than others. For example,
Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort is just around the corner, so you could plan to take in some frightful fun...and
take lots of pictures! So even though you and I only have a few records from our earliest visits, we can still double down to make new memories.
Please feel free to
stop by planDisney anytime you need a hand planning a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth, Reymer! We'd love to help you make some new and lasting memories!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
