Hi! Wondering if I’m able to upgrade our room-only reservation to a package using the Canadian Resident offer. How do I go about doing that? And would that mean that the resulting package would have a cancellation policy of full refund up to 30 days? Thx.

    Dear Kristy,

I'm so glad that you decided to stop by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

You are more than welcome to inquire about applying a new Special Offer to your current package. The best way to do that is to either contact your travel agent, if you booked through a travel agent. If you booked directly through the Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend giving a call to speak to a friendly Cast Member at 1(407)W-DISNEY and they will be happy to look up your reservation and any Special Offers that might apply. In some cases, it can be applied directly to your existing reservation and at other times your reservation must be cancelled and a new one must be made. They will clearly let you know exactly what they are doing and what your options are.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
