Hi i was wondering if you could help, im looking at booking the capture the moment at magic kingdome and epcot but i keep getting stuck on a loading page?

    Hi Sarahjane!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by as you plan your magical holiday at Walt Disney World Resort. With four incredible theme parks, world-class dining, and thrilling attractions, there is something for everyone. Whether you're soaring through the sky on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, stepping into a fairytale at Magic Kingdom Park, or enjoying a relaxing afternoon by the pool at your Disney Resort hotel, you're in for an unforgettable vacation!

To make your visit even more memorable, Disney offers a variety of Enchanting Extras, including the Capture Your Moment photo sessions you're interested in. These private photography sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to capture special memories with Cinderella Castle or Spaceship Earth as your backdrop!

I'm sorry to hear you've been running into a bit of trouble while trying to book. There are two important things to keep in mind when reserving Enchanting Extras. First, these experiences become available for booking 60 days before your arrival date, so you'll want to check that your reservation window is open. Second, if you're booking from the UK, the Walt Disney World website won't allow you to book Enchanting Extras online until you arrive in the US. But don't worry! You can still secure your Capture Your Moment sessions by calling a friendly Cast Member or working with your authorized Disney vacation planner to arrange these magical moments before you travel when your booking window opens.

While you're considering Enchanting Extras, I highly recommend adding a Dessert Party at Magic Kingdom Park to your itinerary for a sweet ending to your evening. These events include delicious treats and reserved viewing for the nighttime spectacular. Or, if you'd like a more private option, a Fireworks Cruise lets you set sail on the Seven Seas Lagoon or Crescent Lake with a perfect view of the shows.

I hope this helps with your continued planning, Sarahjane! If you have any other questions, come back across the pond to planDisney—I'd be happy to assist.

    Cheers,
    Brent
