Hello, I was wondering how to find out about food ingredients? I am allergic to poultry and I wonder about certain things like the corn dog at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments if it is all beef or contains chicken as an example.

Walt Disney World takes Guests' special dietary needs very seriously and reasonable efforts are made to make sure options and information are available. I am providing a link that I hope will be informative for you. Feel free to reach out with any further questions by emailing Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com for more specific information. I recommend perusing the menus of the restaurants you are interested in dining at and make a detailed list of those dishes you have questions about. Include your list in the body of your email and hopefully, a Cast Member can report back with some much need information. On a side note, the hand-dipped corn dog is INCREDIBLE.
