I was wondering if my father would be able to visit us at the resort to drop off some groceries. If he comes to the resort will he be able to drive close enough so that we could collect our snacks and water? Thanks for your time

Your father is welcome to visit you at your resort. If you're expecting a guest, just tell the front desk of your hotel know, so that he won't have any issues at the security gate.

As for how close he can get to your room with a car, that depends a bit on which resort you're staying at and which building you're in at that resort. However, at any Disney resort, your dad would be welcome to pull up to the main hotel entrance. You can meet him there and get assistance from the bell services desk to bring any packages to your room.

Have a great stay at Walt Disney World.
