Disney California Adventure. For a playful twist, try Disney Ears Yoga, where you’re encouraged to wear your favorite pair of Disney ears while flowing through your poses. And one of the most unique experiences? Sunrise Yoga in
Disneyland. This early-morning offering (when available) allows you to begin your Disney day with a gentle session before the park opens to the public. It’s equal parts zen and pixie dust!
And if you have a spa treatment scheduled, don't plan on arriving just as your appointment begins! Tenaya Stone Spa recommends arriving 30 minutes before your treatment so you have time to enjoy the spa amenities. That extra time can help you shift out of “theme park mode” and into full relaxation mode before your session.
